Phase I
1. Turn off the router> Press the reset button (can use tusuh gear / other)> turn on the router (the reset button is pressed for 30 seconds). If it had been 30 seconds can be removed.
2. Then open Laptop / PC, IP settings manually ip address 192.168.1.2, 192.168.1.1 Gateway Subnet 255.255.255.0 and then stored.
3. Insert the LAN cable from the router to the PC.
4. Open the Mozilla Firefox browser and type the web address 192.168.1.1.
5. After appearing to the upgrade page in the browser , click on CHOOSE FILE , enter the OpenWRT firmware that was downloaded earlier ( file downloaded in advance of winrar extract , so it will generate a file in .bin format ) , and upgrades . (Choose file " openwrt - HW553 " and then click the upgrade ) .
